A board-certified, residency-trained physician who has spent the last chapter of a 20-year career mastering the medicine of hormones and longevity, and applying it to himself first.
Dr. Goetz is a dedicated advocate for integrated health, wellness, and longevity. Over more than two decades in medicine, he has combined clinical rigor with a personal commitment to performance, and it shows in how he practices.
After completing residency training in anesthesiology at Rush Medical Center in Chicago, a nationally ranked program, he pursued a year of advanced, evidence-based training in hormone management through the Worldlink Academy of Preventative and Innovative Medicine, a level of certification held by roughly one in a thousand US physicians.
At nearly 60, he is optimized on four hormones and has undergone the same regenerative treatments he offers his patients. He does not prescribe a protocol he has not lived.
Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
Four-year residency in anesthesiology at a nationally ranked academic medical center.
Bachelor's degree.
Advanced certification in bioidentical hormone management (BHRT), completed over a year of training and examination.
"I serve a small, carefully selected group of high performers with physician-led hormone optimization built on shared vision and continuous improvement. This is not a volume practice. The expectation, on both sides, is progress."
Licensed in Arizona and Nevada. He sees Arizona patients in person at the Scottsdale practice and Nevada patients by telehealth, bringing the same standard of care to both.
The practice is intentionally small so that every patient has a real relationship with their physician. The first step is a 20-minute discovery call.
